Policy Agreement (Brotherlocks®
/Sisterlocks ™ Services)
Consultation Fees
A consultation fee of $35 per hour is required for new establishments and transfers. Consultation fees and prepayments (deposits) are non-refundable and cannot be applied toward other services or products nor can they be applied towards another date should the client decide to cancel. Consultation fees and prepayments (deposits) are non-transferable.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the quoted rate is required upon booking your appointment for the establishment of your Brotherlocks®
or Sisterlocks™. This payment is required to secure the client's desired date and time. Any and all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The balance of the payment is due the first day of installation, before the session begins.
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, Zelle, and cash are the acceptable forms of payment. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
With the exception of establishments, clients shall notify their consultant 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule. If the client does not give 24 hours notice, a $25 dollar cancellation fee will be charged. Rescheduling will require a prepayment of the cancellation fee, which will NOT be applied to the client's service. You have 1 week to reschedule. If the client cancels their rescheduled appointment, an additional $25 cancellation will be charged accordingly. Please note, for retightening services, in addition to normal rates, a calculation of weeks lost will be assessed. Other repair services may apply and can only be assessed during the client's rescheduled appointment.
For establishments, if a day any part of a day (whole or partial) is lost due to rescheduling because of hair not being properly prepared, no show, violation of the 15 minute grace, or after the scheduled establishment begins you don't return as scheduled, a fee of $150 will be charged to the client's account and is due on the day and before the establishment resumes. Any and all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Preparation for Establishment and Retightening Services
All clients must wash their hair 1 day prior to establishment and retightening services. The hair should be free of any conditioner, grease, rubber bands, cornrows, ect… Establishments are planned for 1 to 3 days and each day is blocked for 12hours with an hour for lunch/dinner. Clients are to provide their own meals. Clients are also encouraged to bring their own form of entertainment. Snacks, water, Wifi, and full range of TV apps are available.
About your first 4 week follow-up
As a part of the Sisterlocks™ package, all clients receive a complimentary 4 week follow-up after their establishment. If the client cancels their 4 week appointment, the 4 week follow-up appointment will be void. The next appointment would be considered a full re-tightening session where normal rates apply.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited on or around the premises. Vaping is not allowed inside the suite where your hair is being serviced. You will be allowed a break, if necessary, to leave the suite to take care of your needs.
Courtesy Calls
Clients should call or text in advance if they are running late to let their consultant know their estimated time of arrival. Because delays can backup other services, if the client is more than 15 minutes late for an establishment or a re-tightening, Nature's Veil reserves the right to charge a late fee of $25 or more respectively, per occurrence. Nature's Veil also reserves the right to cancel the client's appointment should the new estimated time of arrival conflict with other scheduled appointments.
Disclosure of Usage
Nature's Veil reserves the right to photograph all work for demonstrative, advertisement and submittal purposes.
